Largest Natural History Museum of the world --California of Academy of Sciences .
San Francisco has lot to offer and for all interests .One of the best museum of California is the Academy of Sciences since i had interest in the museums i took a detour from other activities and spend half a day which is quite adequate and one gets to see their two three shows also .It has over 46 million species .
It has some of the best corals as exhibits and lot of species from the deep sea .It is not restricted to Marine life but you get to see the deep space . Penguins are so cute that they steal your heart .The Steinhart acquarium has 40000 animals with alligators to Octopus Giant .
A very interesting thing was the 7.9 magnitude earthquake depiction which gives realistic picture of the likely destruction and its correlation with the earth quake which had hit sanfrancisco .
The best part is that there is a lot for the young children, as many things are highly interactive .
I had choosen the day when entrance was free it is generally first sun .Otherwise entrance fee is $35 and can be bought at discount through Groupon or the Go city passes .close by there are Japanese Gardens which can be combined with this trip .
Overall it was very educative and learning .
